Always working under the direction of a nurse (RN or LPN) the Home Health Aide monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise. Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals and snacks; running errands.

Applicant Will:

• Help Patients With Bathing, Dressing, and Grooming
• Housekeeping

• Listen to the health concerns of the patient
• Organize a client’s schedule and plan appointments
